This is the miscellaneous items page, this page contains items that you can and cannot obtain in the game, with some items being really useful during gameplay (such as medkits, skin spray, etc…) or really useless, like Golden Gnome Chompski.
These items are very useful during gameplay, are commonly used, and can be found in multiple places around the facility.
The medkit is possibly one of the most important miscellaneous items, it allows the player to heal when inflicted by damage and it can cancel out SCP-207’s effects.
The bag is maroon in color, has the Medical SCP Logo, and below is written “First Aid Kit”, the bag’s zipper is open and has no items visible inside of it.

The skin spray is a secondary medical item, which gives the player 40 HP. The skin spray is a gray, cylindrical bottle with a white area with a “+” on its side. The top is a dark gray cap.
The skin spray doesn’t cancel any of the SCP-207’s effects.

The grenade is an explosive that can be thrown to cause areal damage to the surroundings of enemies. The grenade has a cylindrical body with orange glowing segments at the top and bottom, a safety pin, and a strike lever.
Once thrown an animation will be played where it shows the player pull the safety pin and throw the grenade. The grenade lever will be thrown and then will explode then disappear afterward. The grenade cannot damage anyone that is on a team that is Friendly to each other unless Friendly Fire is on.

The stun grenade behaves like the grenade, but unlike exploding it will blind the player temporarily, the blindness lasts for 5 seconds, then followed by a temporary blur and certain colors having changed, until after 12 seconds everything returns to normal. The stun grenade has open sections, which show a neon light blue color, and has 2 safety pins.

The smoke grenade behaves similarly to the previous grenades. It looks like an ordinary smoke grenade with a white neon loop over it. Once thrown, an animation will be played where it shows the player pull the safety pin and throw the grenade. You will have to wait around 2 seconds before it detonates. Unlike others, it will emit smoke once detonated. It will give off smoke for around 21 seconds, afterwards the grenade will disappear.

The handcuffs or cuffs, are used to cuff hostile or neutral teams. When escaping as a Class-D while cuffed you become a reinforcement class from the team that cuffed you. For more information check out “Cuffing Basics” on the classes page.
Anyone who is cuffed can still interact with the environment such as opening doors, or activating elevators, but can’t equip and use any item. A player must not be holding any object to be cuffed, when cuffed a red message will be displayed at the bottom saying that the player is cuffed. Other players can uncuff players by clicking on them with a handcuff or holding down E, the same key can cuff a player.

Team Change on Escape
Cuffed classes team change on what class is the one who cuffed.
The radio is an item that allows players to talk globally regardless of Proximity chat being enabled, players can get incoming messages when not held, and messages can be sent while held and typing in chat. In chat, to know whether someone is talking to you via the radio, you will see [RADIO] next to their name. The radio will have the player’s class chat color as well.
Talking into the radio will grant you the “Anyone there?” badge.

The flashlight is an easily accessible item, it spawns almost everywhere in the facility. It helps the user see in the dark during a blackout. The lens is black when not picked up and there is no way to turn it off as of now. Dropping it will still make it emit light.

The golden gnome or better known as the Gnome or Compski is a literal gnome made of gold, it does absolutely nothing. It can be found in the Class-D cell block’s end. Pressing F while holding it will play an animation to inspect the item.
Escaping with the gnome as a Class-D will grant you the badge “going gnome” and TheHead hat.

Night Vision Goggles is a very useful item in-game. It enables you to see in the dark without having to hold a flashlight. The lenses are dark-green and glow neon green when activated. It can be created in SCP-914 by putting a flashlight in fine.
Press K on PC to enable it and disable it, tapping on the NVG button on mobile will as well enable and disable it and tapping your head on VR will enable and disable it, pressing Dpad-Up on a Xbox controller will enable and disable the Night Vision Goggles.

The Shield is a previously admin panel exclusive item. It has 600 Base HP. Additionally, protects you from bullets, melees and damage from explosions, but it does not protect your whole body.

Armor are items that reduce the damage you take from most sources by half the amount of Armor available (100% armor = 50% damage).
Any damage taken to armor will reduce it by 2%
There are only 3 items that give Armor as of now.

The Melee Weapons, such as Tools or Facility Guard equipment are pretty useful against unarmed targets and can help on certain situations, they are commonly found inside armories, lockers, etc. and can get you out of trouble during the first minutes of the round.
A heavy iron bar with a bent end that is used to help lift heavy objects or to force things open; The Crowbar is a weak but fast tool and is capable of taking down multiple unarmed targets. The Crowbar can be found in most storages and certain lockers.

A adjustable red Pipe Wrench with two serrated jaws; The Wrench is a powerful but slow weapon, capable of annihilating most unarmed targets with ease, although its disadvantage is the speed reduction it grants when holding it.

The S525 Magnum Drill was an item that was added on the 2021 April Fools update.
The drill has a red base and a red drill part with a screen connected to it.

This gun can only be spawned in using mod menu. When it is dropped, it appears as a yellow brick and is a yellow brick when another user sees you holding it. Holding it will show the gravity gun from the Half Life series. It can be used to move players by force and pick items up.
