This is the miscellaneous items page, this page contains items that you can and cannot obtain in the game, with some items being really useful during gameplay (such as medkits, skin spray, etc…) or really useless, like Golden Gnome Chompski.
These items are very useful during gameplay, are commonly used, and can be found in multiple places around the facility.
The Shield
The Shield is a previously admin panel exclusive item. It has 600 Base HP. Additionally, protects you from bullets and melees, but it does not protect your whole body
The Medkit
Medkits can be used to heal yourself if harmed. They are helpful in combat situations or when being attacked by an SCP. The medkit will heal 80 HP and removes the effects of SCP-207.
The medkit is maroon red in color, and has no visible contents within the inside of the bag.
The Skin Spray
Skin sprays, like the medkit, can be used to heal yourself if harmed. They can be used much faster than medkits but provide 50% less healing, useful in combat situations where you must be quick and need to keep up pressure. Skin spray heals you for 40 HP, and completely remove the effects of SCP-207.
Skin sprays are a secondary type of medical item. It has a dark grey cap, a grey cylindrical top and bottom and in the middle a white section with a “+” sketched on the middle.
The Grenade
The grenade is an throwable explosive, having a medium area of effect and good damage if someone happens to be on the recieving end of it. Upon pressing the attack key with it equipped, a throwing animation will be played, where the safety pin is pulled before the grenade is thrown. The grenade lever will fly off and then explode shortly after, dealing damage that scales depending on how close you are to the explosive’s origin. (Where the grenade lands before it explodes.)
The grenade has a cylindrical body with two glowing orange cylinders at the top and bottom, a safety pin, and a lever at the top.
To throw a grenade, you must use the primary attack key, or the shoot button on mobile to throw it.
The Stun Grenade
The stun grenade is a grenade that functions simmilarly to the standard grenade, but does not inflict any damage. Instead, it emits a bright flash that blinds anyone in it’s effective radius. The blinding effect of the stun grenade lasts for 5 seconds, following with a temporary blur and inversion of colours. After 12 seconds, all effects will be cleared off and vision will return to normal.
The stun grenade has a cylindrical body, with a glowing light-blue section in the middle open sections, with two safety pins.
The stun grenade is mostly ineffective on SCPs.
The Smoke Grenade
The smoke grenade behaves like the grenade, but unlike a standard grenade, upon “exploding” it will create a cloud of smoke for a few seconds before it dissipates. It is green and has a glowing neon band on the bottom, with 2 safety pins.
The smoke grenade’s smoke creates alot of lag for lower end devices, so it is reccomended to not spam it.
The Handcuffs
The handcuffs, or cuffs are used to detain hostile and neutral teams. Upon a cuffed player escaping they will become the role opposite of what they would normally.
Example: Normally when a Class-D escapes they become a Chaos Insurgent. If they are cuffed however, they would become a MTF Agent. This also applies to researchers, which normally become a MTF Agent upon their escape. If a researcher is cuffed however, they become a Chaos Insurgent.
If you are handcuffed, you can not pick up or interact with items. This also applies to doors, and elevators. You cannot open doors or call a elevator. A message is displayed on the bottom of your screen in red letters saying you are cuffed. Upon being cuffed, all of your items will be forcefully dropped. To cuff someone, you must click on them with a cuff, they must not be holding any items.
To uncuff someone, you must hold and press E on them, or click on them with cuffs equipped.
The Flashlight
The flashlight is a common utility item and can be easily found in the facility. It is used to light up dark areas or to see around the environment if the lights have been turned off.
Flashlights are off until equipped, and cannot be turned off. Flashlight’s will stay lit when dropped on the floor.
These items allow communication with other players from any distance. The only requirement is that both players have the corresponding radio in their inventory. (Ex: you cannot communicate to a CI radio with a GOC radio.) There are three variations of the radio, which are as follows:
None of the radios spawn in the facility and only function if proximity chat is enabled.
The Radio
This radio is used by the SCP Foundation role group. You can talk globally with anyone else who has a radio in their inventory. Anyone who receives or sends a message via the radio will have a [RADIO] tag before their name in chat.
Using the radio will award you the “Anyone There?” badge, to view other badges visit this page.
The Chaos Radio
This radio is used by the CI, Serving an identical function to the standard radio. Anyone who receives or sends a message via the Chaos Radio will have a [C-Radio] tag before their name in chat.
The Chaos radio is similar to the standard radio, with the only major differences being the screen which says: “CHAOS_COMMS_DEVICE: ACTIVE”
The GOC Radio
This radio is used by the (UN)GOC, working identically to a standard radio or C-Radio. Anyone who receives or sends a message via the GOC radio will have the [GOC-RADIO] tag before their name in chat.
The GOC radio is different compared to the standard radio or the chaos radio, it is more rounded and features a “GOCOMPANY” logo.
These are items that can be equipped and used to navigate the facility or to protect yourself from hazards, such as armor and night vision goggles.

MTF Lieutenants and Commanders have these auto-equipped once they spawn in.
